It comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in five air-conditioned bedrooms and offers spacious living areas, a private garden, and dedicated workspaces. The private rooftop may quickly become one of your favorite places. It features a heated hot tub for up to 10 people, a charcoal grill, and open views of the Bajío—perfect for everything from morning coffee to sunset.

If I had to choose my favorite place in the house, it would undoubtedly be the rooftop. From what many guests have told me, it often becomes their favorite as well. Some guests begin the day with a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the Bajío mountains. Others spend the afternoon enjoying the hot tub, grilling, listening to music, and sharing a good conversation. As evening arrives, the atmosphere changes completely, and the sunsets often make staying in feel better than going out. To save you from having to go back and forth to the main kitchen, the rooftop is equipped with nearly everything you need to spend several comfortable hours there: a mini fridge, countertop oven, microwave, blender, coolers, glassware, utensils, and a station for preparing coffee or drinks. The rooftop also features: Heated hot tub with hydrotherapy jets for up to 10 people. Weber charcoal grill. 65-inch Smart TV. Granite bar with high stools. Outdoor gas heater for cooler evenings. Outdoor lounge beside the fire pit. Dining table for six. Full bathroom with direct access from the terrace. Although the rooftop tends to receive most of the attention, I wanted every part of the home to invite guests to spend time together. Nearly ten-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of natural light, making the residence feel bright, spacious, and open. The main living room, dining area, and kitchen have air conditioning and heating to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the year. The home also features smart technology designed to make your stay more convenient. This includes a smart lock and touchscreens in each bedroom that allow you to control the lighting, air conditioning, and other functions. The main living room includes a 75-inch Smart TV, a large modular sofa, and plenty of room to enjoy a movie, watch a game, or spend a quiet afternoon together. Beside it is a solid parota-wood dining table for eight, which often becomes the natural gathering place for the entire group. If you prefer being outdoors, the private garden offers space for children to play, pets to enjoy, or everyone to simply relax without leaving the residence. THE BEDROOMS From the beginning, I wanted the home to work in a simple way: the group can spend time together whenever they wish, while each guest still has a private place to rest. The bedrooms are arranged across three levels to create a balance between privacy and shared time. Garden Room · Ground floor Double bed, private bathroom, Smart TV, air conditioning, and a dedicated workspace. Because it is located on the ground floor, it is often preferred by guests who would rather avoid the stairs. Master Suite · Second floor King-size bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, 75-inch Smart TV, motorized blackout shades, private sitting area, and a Nespresso station for enjoying coffee without leaving the room. Junior Suite · Second floor Queen-size bed, private bathroom, Smart TV, walk-in closet, air conditioning, and a Nespresso station. A comfortable option for another couple in the group. Flex Room · Second floor Three single bunk beds. This practical room works especially well for children, teenagers, or accompanying staff. It also contains the laundry area and a tower fan, which can be particularly helpful during longer stays or when traveling with babies. Rooftop Suite · Third floor Two double beds, a full bathroom, air conditioning, and direct access to the rooftop. Ideal for guests who enjoy waking up and stepping straight onto the terrace. BEDDING, TOWELS, AND BATH AMENITIES All bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels are made from 100% cotton and were selected for their softness, freshness, and comfort. All mattresses are hotel-quality and feature memory foam technology designed to provide excellent support, reduce pressure points, and adapt to the body throughout the night. Each bed is prepared with four 100% cotton pillows, while the Master Suite includes six. The pillows come in different heights and firmness levels, from softer options to those offering greater support, so each guest can choose the combination that best suits their sleeping preferences. Every bathroom is equipped with a bidet, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. You will also find a selection of personal-care amenities, including makeup-removal pads, aftershave, deodorant, and a Dyson Supersonic hair dryer. For business trips, weddings, events, or other special occasions, the residence also provides an iron, ironing board, spray starch, and a handheld garment steamer for quickly removing wrinkles from shirts without using the ironing board. All these items are available for your use throughout the stay. THE KITCHEN I love cooking, so this kitchen was designed to be enjoyed. It is a kitchen I still use whenever I stay at the residence. Many of the best conversations happen here while someone prepares coffee, cooks, or gathers around the counter. For that reason, I have equipped it with nearly everything needed to prepare anything from a relaxed breakfast to lunch or dinner for the entire group. Coffee lovers can begin the day with freshly ground coffee from the Philips LatteGo automatic coffee machine. Its built-in grinder can prepare espresso, cappuccino, and other café-style drinks. The Master Suite, Junior Suite, and Rooftop Suite also include Nespresso stations, allowing guests to enjoy a cup of coffee without leaving their rooms. The kitchen includes: Air fryer. Dishwasher. Gas oven. Food waste disposer. Built-in microwave. Six-burner cooktop. Ninja Chef Professional blender. Refrigerator with an automatic ice maker. Reverse-osmosis purified water. Dinnerware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and nearly everything needed to cook comfortably for a group. There is no need to purchase large water jugs. Both the water from the kitchen faucet and the ice produced by the refrigerator come from a reverse-osmosis purification system. HOME OFFICE AND CONNECTIVITY If you need to work during your stay, the residence is equipped to help you do so comfortably. The Master Suite has a large desk, ergonomic chair, external monitor, printer, and basic office supplies, making it suitable for video calls or a full workday. The Garden Room and Rooftop Suite also have desks for guests who prefer working in the privacy of their bedrooms. The entire residence has 500 Mbps fiber-optic internet and a mesh Wi-Fi network designed to provide a fast, stable connection throughout the home, including the rooftop. ONE FINAL DETAIL Beyond the amenities, my goal has always been to make the home feel comfortable from the moment guests arrive. Many of the things you will find here were added after more than 10 years of listening to hundreds of guests and learning what truly makes a stay easier and more comfortable. Others are simply thoughtful details that I also appreciate when I travel

GETTING AROUND Gran Reserva Preserve offers a peaceful setting with convenient access to Juriquilla, Querétaro, and several destinations in the surrounding area. Approximate driving times: Central Juriquilla: 10 minutes. Antea Lifestyle Center and Uptown Juriquilla: 12–15 minutes. Juriquilla Golf Club and Hacienda Juriquilla: 10 minutes. Historic Center of Querétaro: 25 minutes. El Cerrito Archaeological Site: 35 minutes. Peña de Bernal: 45–60 minutes. Tequisquiapan: 50–60 minutes. Querétaro’s Art, Cheese and Wine Route: 45–60 minutes. San Miguel de Allende: 35–45 minutes. Having your own vehicle is the most convenient way to explore the area. The residence includes two private parking spaces, and additional street parking is generally available within the gated community. Due to construction work on the Mexico City–Querétaro passenger rail project, some roads may experience partial closures, detours, or restricted traffic. Travel times may increase, especially during peak hours. We recommend planning your journeys in advance and checking the route before leaving. Uber and DiDi also operate in Juriquilla and provide convenient transportation to restaurants, shopping centers, and other points of interest. Within Gran Reserva Preserve, you can walk along the trails and enjoy the lakes and green areas. You will also find coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores within the development. All travel times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, peak hours, accidents, roadwork, or other circumstances beyond our control. A PLACE TO RELAX The residence is located in a peaceful, family-oriented private community with controlled access and 24-hour security. It is intended for relaxing and spending time together, so parties, events, and gatherings with loud music are not permitted. REGISTERED GUESTS AND VISITORS For everyone’s safety and to comply with community regulations and Airbnb’s policy on parties and events, only the guests included in the reservation may enter the property. Outside visitors are not permitted without prior authorization, even if they do not stay overnight. Parties, events, and gatherings with anyone not included in the reservation are also prohibited. The residence has a smart-access system that allows entry codes to be changed or deactivated remotely if unauthorized access is detected, when the stay ends, or if a security concern arises. Failure to follow these rules may result in the immediate termination of the stay and the incident being reported to Airbnb. Any cancellation or refund will be handled according to Airbnb’s policies and final determination.
